Terms & Condition - Full Meta

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Full Meta, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Full Meta provides a media processing pipeline that modifies video and image files at the binary level (codec, audio, color, EXIF, spatial layers) to generate perceptually unique variants. The service includes Standard, Double Process, Stealth, and Adversarial AI modes, as well as built-in scrapers and export options.

3. License & Access

Each subscription grants you a single, non-transferable license key. You may not share, resell, or distribute your key. Full Meta reserves the right to revoke access in the event of misuse, key sharing, or violation of these Terms.

One key = one account. No rotation. No exceptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Full Meta only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). You are solely responsible for how you use the processed content. Full Meta does not endorse or facilitate spam, platform manipulation, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law.

You may not use the service to: infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, violate any applicable law or regulation, or attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Full Meta and its technology remain the exclusive property of its creators. You retain ownership of your original media files. By using the service, you grant Full Meta a temporary, limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $100/month. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional cases (e.g., documented technical failure).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Full Meta does not guarantee that processed files will bypass any specific platform's detection systems, as algorithms change frequently. Results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Meta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to account suspension by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
